We are pleased to welcome you to Meublé Eiffel, a premier establishment located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

We offer new and fully equipped seasonal rentals, as well as careful decoration to guarantee you a pleasant stay.

You will be able to benefit from an ideal location to visit the main tourist sites of Paris, whether you are on a business trip, on a weekend or on vacation. 

Meet your hosts

Béatrice and Emmanuel have been pleased to open their doors to you since 2014. They have continued to improve their equipped seasonal rentals in Paris 7 in order to always offer you stopovers under the sign of comfort. Since acquiring their charming seasonal rentals, numerous renovations have been made. They still have plenty of ideas to improve the quality of your stays!

Your hosts work as a pair, in this small charming establishment, where cosy, atypical and intimacy perfectly describe the spaces. Throughout your stay, they will be attentive, available and offer good advice. 

For the record: Meublé Eiffel was historically called "Hotel le Petit Duc" and originally hosted the builders of the Eiffel Tower and the Universal Exhibitions of 1889 and 1900, the establishment became a hotel before the First World War. 

The little extras

Our seasonal rentals are the perfect choice for your stay in Paris. Our 15 apartments are spread over three levels (without elevator) and offer all modern comfort. Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. We provide sheets and towels, housekeeping end of stay is included.

For your comfort, a welcome kit is offered: toilet paper, trash bag, dishwashing liquid, salt, sugar, sponge, shampoo, tea towel, bath mat and two Nespresso capsules. On request, we can provide a baby bed for families with young children.

The atmosphere at the Meublé Eiffel is both uniqueand warm. 

You will immediately be charmed by our new seasonal rentals, all equipped and carefully furnished. Each charming seasonal rental in Paris 7 has its own decoration. The spiral staircase adds a touch of elegance.

The small apartments are comfortable, providing an ideal place to rest after a busy day in the City of Lights. We are happy to offer you a unique experience in our charming establishment, imbued with the very essence of the city of Paris.
